List of recommended warm clothing

• a warm down jacket, heat-retaining at a temperature under -30°C;
• an earflap cap, preferably with natural fur;
• leather gloves with natural fur lining, or sports warm gloves;
• warm trousers, a sort of downhill ski pants;
• thermal underwear;
• thick woolen socks;
• high-top boots with natural fur lining and thick sole;
• sunglasses without metal parts.
